Kathryn E. Mcgough
Kathryn advises others to do something they love. And if they love many things, Kathryn says, “do them all!” She brings valuable experience to her role as Wealth Advisor on the Wealth Management Team and works with clients on financial planning, investments, pre- and post-retirement planning, and estate planning matters. She especially enjoys connecting the dots between a client’s estate plan and financial projections with a focus on limiting estate tax and passing assets to the next generation.
She received her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and earned her BS cum laude with research honors from Illinois Wesleyan University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and an attorney licensed in the State of Illinois.
Kathryn is a member of Legacy Partners, an initiative at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, a group serving as charitable planning resources in the Chicago community. She captains a Muscular Dystrophy Association walk team that raises funds for research, clinics and summer camps.
Kathryn loves her work’s rewards – helping clients do what matters most to them with the money they worked so hard to save. She feels blessed to be close to her family focusing time on her husband and two children.
